About NIL Integrity Group
Independent NIL Vetting for Student Athletes
NIL Integrity Group was established to bring clarity, accountability, and professional oversight to early NIL-related conversations involving high school athletes.
As NIL awareness expands beyond college athletics, families are increasingly approached by agents, advisors, and intermediaries seeking early access to student-athletes. These interactions often occur without formal structure, verified credentials, or clear safeguards.
NIL Integrity Group exists to help families make informed decisions before trust is extended.

Our Founder - Keith Stith
Keith Stith
Founder & CEO, NIL Integrity Group, LLC
Keith Stith is an accomplished public safety executive and educator with extensive experience in organizational leadership, investigations, integrity initiatives and youth engagement.
Stith began his career as a Union County Sheriff's Officer, then becoming a detective with the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office and eventually being named its first African American Chief of Detectives.
After retiring from the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, he founded Keith L. Stith Consultancy and Training. The consultancy secured a contract to conduct a comprehensive public safety feasibility study for the Borough of East Newark, reflecting the confidence local government leaders placed in his strategic expertise. The study's recommendations directly led to the establishment of the Police Director position, advancing the borough's approach to public safety leadership and accountability.
His retirement in New Jersey would not last long when he answered the call of Rochester, New York reeling from the death of Daniel Prude in September 2020, a devastating loss receiving national civil rights and media attention. Stith would be brought on board that city's police department as a Deputy Chief to help rebuild the critical trust and understanding that connect a diverse public to its police officers.
Stith holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Wagner College and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from New Jersey City University. He is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy.
Stith serves as an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University where he teaches Ethical Issues in Criminal Justice, sharing his practical insights and experience with the next generation of criminal justice professionals.
His leadership experience, combined with a lifelong commitment to ethical standards, inspired him to establish NIL Integrity Group – a company designed to bring the same level of investigative rigor, ethical oversight and community protection to the evolving NIL marketplace.
