Our Founder - Keith Stith
Keith Stith
Founder & CEO, NIL Integrity Group, LLC
With over three decades of distinguished law enforcement experience, Keith Stith has built a career defined by integrity, accountability and the pursuit of truth – values that now serve as the foundation of NIL Integrity Group, LLC.
He began his public service career with the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office where he rose through the ranks to serve as Chief of Detectives. In that capacity, he led major investigative operations, managed complex criminal cases, and cultivated a culture of professionalism and ethical leadership among his teams.
Mr. Stith holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from New Jersey City University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy – a prestigious program reserved for select law enforcement leaders from across the globe.
After retiring, he founded Keith L. Stith Consultancy and Training, specializing in public safety strategy, community engagement and organizational development.
Mr. Stith continued to build his leadership legacy as the Deputy Chief of Community Engagement for the Rochester Police Department in New York.
Today as the Police Director for the Piscataway Police Department in New Jersey, Mr. Stith oversees a department dedicated to professionalism, integrity and public service.
Mr. Stith serves as an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University where he teaches Ethical Issues in Criminal Justice.
